Pathway to energy technical innovation and commercialization based on Internet plus DES

摘要: The distributed energy system (DES) is a type of energy cascade utilization on the client side or close to the client, and it has become an important option of global energy transformation. In China, based on the experience of demonstration projects, the DES is now being commercialized. Under the new opportunity of energy production and consumption promoted by the national “Internet Plus” action plan, the development of the DES was reviewed in this paper; four categories of market demand and five key issues for DES deployment were analyzed; five types of potential DES users and five key points of technical path implementation proposed based on many years of engineering practices and hundreds of project case studies were proposed. 4E elements should be used to evaluate and choose the project and lead the innovation model of DES by energy production and consumption revolution with the sustainable development of the Internet plus DES. The future innovation models include intelligent energy modularity and menu-type services with the demands of the client side, and the kind of new thinking for DES services that “you are in charge of your own energy production and consumption, while we are also at service when needed for installation and maintenance.” The aim of innovation mode is to give the energy sovereign back to the people, and form a perfect Internet plus DES ecosystem.

摘要:

伴随着世界能源危机及环境保护等问题,世界各国正在积极探索未来能源发展的新出路。近年来美国著名经济学家杰里米·里夫金的第三次工业革命和能源互联网的提法引起了广泛关注。基于此发展趋势,各国纷纷提出了自己的互联网驱动工业技术进步发展策略:美国的第三次工业革命和工业互联网,德国的工业4.0,中国的坚强智能电网,“互联网+”。 泛能网以系统能效理论为基础,形成能源网、物联网和互联网构成的三层立体网络,利用信息与能量的耦合和协同,因地制宜,充分发挥多品位能源的潜力,解决可再生能源融合带来的稳定性问题、供能用能一体化带来的动态匹配问题,并实现了基于信息与能量耦合的协同优化控制,成为一种具有代表性的新型能源互联网。

Energy internet in the Yangtze River Delta: opportunities, challenges, and suggestions

摘要:

Energy internet is an Internet of Things (IoT) based network, which combines the multi-energy flows and the information flows. In this review, the opportunities and the challenges posed to developing energy internet in the Yangtze River Delta are analyzed concerning detailed analysis of its advantages in various aspects and problems of its energy systems. Then the framework of energy internet in the Yangtze River Delta is constructed, according to which specific suggestions are also provided. This review is dedicated to helping the policy makers to draw the roadmap of future-oriented energy internet.

摘要: To improve the overall efficiency of the energy system, the basic structure for the energy internet of coordination and optimization of “generation-grid-load-storage” of Huangpu District, Guangzhou, China is designed, while the arrangement for the output of centralized and distributed energy module and energy storage are proposed. Taking economic benefit maximization, environmental benefit maximization and energy efficiency maximization as sub-objectives, the mathematical model of multi-objective optimal allocation and operation strategy of the energy internet is established considering supply-demand balance constraints, equipment characteristic constraints, operation mode constraints, and energy conditions constraints. The calculation results show that without considering the outsourced electricity, the balanced strategy, the economic development strategy, the environmental protection strategy, and the energy efficiency strategy are obtained by calculation, which are all superior to the traditional energy supply strategy. Moreover, considering the outsourced electricity, the proportion of outsourced electricity to total electricity is 19.8%, which is the system optimization of the energy internet under certain power demand. Compared with other strategies without outsourced electricity, the outsourced electricity strategy can have a certain emission reduction effect, but at the same time reduce the economic benefit. Furthermore, the huge difference in demand for thermal and cooling load between industrial and commercial areas results in the installed capacity of gas distributed energy stations in industrial areas being nearly twice as large as that in commercial areas. The distributed photovoltaic power generation is allocated according to the proportion of the installed roof areas of photovoltaic power generation system in residential, industrial, and commercial areas.

本文根据几十年系统研究,提出与工业4.0相适应的能源4.0概念,其特征是通过互联网与电网,将太阳能、风能、化石能源、核能等供电侧与电解铝、氯碱、大规模海水淡化、制氢、煤炭清洁化、煤化工、冶金等高耗能产业用电侧,构建一个有机的高效、低成本、可持续、可调控的网络,即构建我国产业能源互联网体系,重塑经济结构,实现经济优化升级、成为实现经济新常态的重要抓手。

Smoothing ramp events in wind farm based on dynamic programming in energy internet

摘要:

The concept of energy internet has been gradually accepted, which can optimize the consumption of fossil energy and renewable energy resources. When wind power is integrated into the main grid, ramp events caused by stochastic wind power fluctuation may threaten the security of power systems. This paper proposes a dynamic programming method in smoothing ramp events. First, the energy internet model of wind power, pumped storage power station, and gas power station is established. Then, the optimization problem in the energy internet is transformed into a multi-stage dynamic programming problem, and the dynamic programming method proposed is applied to solve the optimization problem. Finally, the evaluation functions are introduced to evaluate pollutant emissions. The results show that the dynamic programming method proposed is effective for smoothing wind power and reducing ramp events in energy internet.

数据中心作为“新基建”的重要方向之一,其节能降耗问题一直是领域的研究重点。园区能源互联网注重清洁能源消纳,强调能源利用效率的提升,其“源–网–荷–储–充”的协调技术是提升数据中心能效的关键,探索数据中心园区能源互联网的关键技术与发展模式具有现实意义,然而目前数据中心与园区能源互联网的研究各自独立,技术之间缺乏相互结合。本文针对目前两者融合研究的领域空白,首先分析了数据中心与园区能源互联网技术的结合点,探讨其在设备规划、直流配电、余热回收、多能调度、负荷管理以及储能调度6 方面的关键技术与融合方向。在此基础上提出数据中心园区能源互联网的基本建设架构,对商业与运营模式进行论证,并展望领域未来发展的重点。最后,针对我国数据中心园区能源互联网的进一步发展提出建议,技术融合、试点实践、政策扶持及三者的有机结合是保障发展的关键。

“一带一路”建设不断向纵深发展,在基础设施、经贸投资和绿色金融等多领域取得丰硕成果。能源电力是“一带一路”国际合作的重要领域。为更好地认识开展沿线国家能源电力国际合作的重要性,本文从环境和成本两个方面阐述了沿线国家清洁能源开发的资源优势,诠释了各国间电力互联互通的潜力。通过思维创新、模式变革、技术革新以及利益共享四个维度,分析了技术革命对“一带一路”电力互联互通的支撑作用。研究表明沿线国家能源电力需求呈快速增长趋势,清洁能源资源分布广泛、优势明显,为电力互联互通提供了必要条件。在国际能源电力合作中,应充分发挥各国的比较优势,以新能源、电网、信息等关键技术的变革支撑“一带一路”电力互联互通。

能源大数据技术作为“互联网+”智慧能源的重要组成部分,对推动我国能源革命、促进能源转型以及刺激能源行业创新发展具有重大作用。本文以“互联网+”智慧能源为背景,阐述了能源大数据技术的结构形态与关键特征;立足于大数据在我国新时代下能源行业发展的重要支撑意义,探讨了能源大数据技术的主要应用领域,重点讨论了目前实现能源大数据的主要制约因素;最后提出了几点发展对策,力求助力我国能源大数据的建设与完善,推动“互联网+”智慧能源的深度发展。

Review of operational management in intelligent agriculture based on the Internet of Things

摘要: This review aims to gain insight into the current research and application of operational management in the area of intelligent agriculture based on the Internet of Things (IoT), and consequently, identify existing shortcomings and potential issues. First, we use the Java application CiteSpace to analyze co-citation networks in the literature related to the operational management of IoT-based intelligent agriculture. From the literature analysis results, we identify three major fields: (1) the development of agricultural IoT (Agri-IoT) technology, (2) the precision management of agricultural production, and (3) the traceability management of agricultural products. Second, we review research in the three fields separately in detail. Third, on the basis of the research gaps identified in the review and from the perspective of integrating and upgrading the entire agricultural industry chain, additional research directions are recommended from the following aspects: The operational management of agricultural production, product processing, and product sale and after-sale service based on Agri-IoT. The theoretical research and practical application of combining operational management theories and IoT-based intelligent agriculture will provide informed decision support for stakeholders and drive the further development of the entire agriculture industry chain.

摘要: A wide range of industrial Internet of Things (IoT) applications have been developed and deployed in recent years. IoT has provided a promising opportunity to build powerful industrial systems and applications by leveraging the growing ubiquity of RFID, wireless, mobile and sensor devices. In an effort to understand the development of IoT in industries, this paper reviews the current research of IoT, key enabling technologies, major IoT applications in industries, and identifies research trends and challenges. As IoT has received support from governments and businesses across the globe, IoT will also greatly impact One Belt One Road (OBOR) in foreseeable future.
